Made of fermented and distilled pure sugar-cane juice, this Agricultural Rum is matured in Kentucky oak barrels during 15 long years.

With its nice warm and amber dress, its nose offers hints od candied oranges, then touches of caramel, vanilla and wild fragrances of Grande-Terre valleys.

The mouth reveals flavours of dried prunes and roasted fruits, extended with fine caramel hints.
Finally, the roasting, leather and tobacco hints complete the tasting pleasure.

The 15 years aged Damoiseau Rum expresses the special characteristics of Guadeloupe and it has all the qualities of very fine rum.
